BJJ Intro is for those who are just starting their BJJ journey. It is an introductory class which will cover the basic movements involved in the martial art, along with basic techniques designed to help develop your understanding of weight distribution and balancing on the mat.
This class is also a suitable class for those who have been practicing BJJ for a period of time and are looking to refresh their basic movements and techniques.
BJJ Specific is an intermediate class that focuses on a technique or drill for the lesson and perfecting the detail and intricacies within that particular technique.
By participating in this class you will be able to understand techniques on a deeper level, ultimately enhancing your ability to utilize the technique and apply it to your repertoire.
BJJ Fundamentals is for those who are comfortable in participating in BJJ Intro and are looking for a more advanced class. The drills are designed for participants who are aware of the basic movements and techniques of BJJ.
The class will also include sparring rounds, for our participants to compete with others in the class in a friendly environment.
